Invitation for Bids - Recording Studio

The grant project involves the installation of a recording studio on the second floor of the Town Hall. The studio will link the Grand Hall to the first floor Banquet Hall of the Town Hall, enabling communication during Town meetings and other group events.
Town events taking place in the auditorium space on the second floor would be broadcast through the studio to the Banquet Hall on the first floor, allowing residents in the Banquet Hall to participate in the meeting in real time. The studio will also provide the ability to live stream meetings and events. These additions will serve as a unique approach to accessibility in an older space.


The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified.
The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.

Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Office of the Select Board, Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
