New Building Inspector Permit Instructions

Applications will only be accepted in the office during our normally posted office hours. Mail in and drop off applications will no longer be accepted.
Please call to speak with the Building Inspector prior to applying for any building permit.

One or Two Family Building Permit Available Here: One-Two Family Permit

All Other Building Permits: Other Permits (Commercial, Greater than 2-Family)

Attached are the two permits, a description of what you need to file a building permit, and a rough scan of the Workers Compensation documentation form.
