Chapter V, Section 7 Capital Improvement Planning Committee consists of “one member of the Advisory Board, one member of the Select Board, the Treasurer, one member of the Brookfield School Committee (or its designee) and one member of the community. Should no member of the Community be forthcoming the Town Administrator shall stand as a member until such time as a member of the community is appointed.”
