Meeting called to order for Wednesday, 02/04/2026 @ pm.

OPEN MEETING: Call meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Review, edit, approve minutes from Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
Motion to approve the minutes made by, 2nd by, all voted in favor.
Motion to ratify vouchers submitted for payment by , 2nd by voted in favor:
Library Payroll vouchers for FY26, WK 21 and WK 22 4/26/2026.
Book vouchers for FY26, WK WK 21 and WK 22 4/26/2026
Expense vouchers for FY26, WK WK 21 and WK 22 4/26/2026
Utilities and expense vouchers for 18 Common Street for FY26, WK 21 and WK 22 4/26/2026
Budget FY 27 will be presented with comments from the Board of Selectmen and Advisory Board meeting held on Wed. April 22, 2026.
Brenda will report progress on 18 Common Street.
Parking area discussion with Kyle.
Work progress is focused on flooring in the barn.
Interviews will take place on Wednesday, May 13 at 5:30 and Thursday, May 14 at 5:30 pm.
Contract signing.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
