It doesn’t matter your level of mobility. Melanie will adapt for you to be able to join the group. You only do what YOU can do. Her high spirit and wonderful understanding will help guide you. It can be as challenging as you want it to be. A body in motion stays in motion.
This program is for both men and women. Exercise helps your coordination, balance, and strength. Doing it with others gives you the boost you need to get out and socialize while gaining the benefits of exercise.
All you have to do is show up in comfortable clothes and sneakers or sturdy shoes to exercise in. The class is free. Currently we do not have transportation to the program. But maybe in the future we can remedy that. Until then, check with a friend. We hope you can come.
