Monthly blood pressure and glucose clinics are offered through partnerships with LRPHC and local senior centers, housing authorities, and libraries.
The monthly clinic is held at the Brookfield Senior Center – First Congregation Church on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
